Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a background in hospitality management.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality management role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Experience in kitchen operations or cooking is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
